Lisa Kristine Hilton is an American jazz pianist, bandleader, producer and composer based in the greater Los Angeles area. Hilton's post-bop compositions are considered to be highly impressionistic, which she expresses in an evocative playing style. Hilton is considered a prolific composer, for over a decade she has been producing an album a year of instrumental compositions which blend traditional American jazz and blues along with minimalism, classical, and avant garde modes. Since the early 2000s she has recorded with many of the current top stars of Jazz, including Antonio Sanchez, Larry Grenadier, Christian McBride, Sean Jones and others.
